Our range of labels for the Zebra ZQ520 Mobile Printers are supplied on 19mm cores, select the size, the material and the adhesive you'd like.

Our labels are manufactured in the UK to the highest quality standards using materials sourced responsibly throughout Europe.

Label Size:

Available in three sizes, 101.6 x 152.4mm, 100 x 50mm and 76 x 50mm.

101.6 x 152.4mm labels come with 85 labels per roll and 16 rolls in a box.

100 x 50mm labels come with 220 labels per roll and 16 rolls in a box.

76 x 50mm labels come with 220 labels per roll and 18 rolls in a box.

Adhesive:

Supplied with a choice of either our high tack permanent adhesive that is designed to stick to all kinds of surfaces where no moisture is present, with a service temperature range of -30 °C to +60 °C or our Removable Adhesive for use on products that require the label to be removed at a later date.

Label Presentation:

These labels are supplied on 19mm cores to suit the Zebra ZQ520, the printer should be set to gap sensing mode to use these labels.

101.6 x 152.4mm labels come with 85 labels per roll and 16 rolls in a box.

100 x 50mm labels come with 220 labels per roll and 16 rolls in a box.

76 x 50mm labels come with 220 labels per roll and 18 rolls in a box.

Material:

These labels are available with a choice of white thermal paper or white direct thermal polypropylene materials.

White thermal paper, from FSC® certified forest management. Direct Thermal Labels are ideal for short shelf life items, address & shipping labels and don't require any kind of ink ribbons.

White direct thermal polypropylene labels are made of a synthetic material and are water resistant so ideal for short life labels that may come in to contact with moisture.
