4 x 6 Thermal Labels are used for postage labelling, courier labelling and all sorts of dispatch labelling solutions as they are designed to be used with the most popular thermal label printers in use worldwide.

These are a direct thermal eco paper label with a permanent acrylic adhesive, designed for use in direct thermal printers.

Our labels are manufactured in the UK to the highest quality standards using materials sourced responsibly throughout Europe.

Label Size:

Thermal label size 4 x 6" / 6 x 4" / 100 x 150mm.

These Direct Thermal Paper Labels are 4 inches wide x 6 inches high, 101.6mm wide x 152.4mm high.

Adhesive:

Supplied with a high tack permanent adhesive that is designed to stick to all kinds of surfaces where no moisture is present, with a service temperature range of -30 °C to +60 °C.

Label Presentation:

These labels are presented narrow edge leading (NEL) on 25mm cores to suit a wide range of label printers that have a maximum roll outside diameter of 127mm (5 inch) including the Zebra GK420d & ZD420 label printers.

Labels presented with perforations between each label.

Compatible with Zebra P/N 800264-605.

Pack Size:

These labels are supplied on rolls of 250 labels or 500 labels depending on the option selected, all rolls come on 25mm cores with a maximum outer diameter of 5" (127mm).

Material:

White thermal paper, from FSC® certified forest management. Direct Thermal Labels are ideal for short shelf life items, address & shipping labels and don't require any kind of ink ribbons.
